Patient Service Representatives are responsible for providing a great customer experience as they deliver and fit orthpaedic products to patients throughout western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, and West Virginia. You must have own reliable transportation and excel at working remotely. This is a salaried position plus mileage reimbursement.

OVERVIEW

The ēlizur Patient Service Representative (PSR) is responsible for delivering and fitting orthopaedic products, while providing excellent customer service. You must be a master of organization and exude trust, being able to instantly put patients at ease as they allow you to invade their personal space and often welcome you into their homes. An entry-level position, the PSR is considered for advancement at ēlizur within a 12-18 month time frame.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Adhere to Company Policies Related to Hand Hygiene, Care of Equipment, and Professional Conduct
- Report to Assigned Site at Designated Time
- Coordinate and Bring Necessary Products, Fitting Equipment, Supplies, Patient Information, and Directions to Assigned Site
- Properly Measure and Fit Products to Patient
- Provide Individualized Product Training
- Collect, Complete, and Submit Necessary Paperwork Related to Claims Billing of Distributed Products
- Coordinate Required Product and Patient Follow-Up
- Participate in All Staff Meetings or Continuing Education Programs
- Serve as On-Call Representative as Assigned
