7-day return policy
Non-custom products can be returned in like new condition within 7 days of service. Please contact our office to make arrangements for any product return. If you do not contact us within 7 days from the date of service, we will not be able to process your request. Any returned device must be given directly to an ēlizur representative or office. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning products.
Please note custom products cannot be returned.
rental equipment return policy
Depending on the product, and your insurance coverage, some of our orthopaedic products can be rented. Your insurance plan may only cover these products as rental units. Or if the products are not covered by your plan, renting allows you to self-pay only for the time you need. CPM machines and Electrotherapy Devices are the two main product categories that we may provide as rental units. Our Patient Concierge team will notify you if your device will be classified as a rental unit and the date that the rental period is over. It is your responsibility to coordinate the return of the unit within ten days after your rental period ends. Please call our office to coordinate a return.
Lymphedema & Compression Products Only: 30-day Return & Resize Policy
Non-custom lymphedema products can be exchanged or returned in like new condition within 30 days of delivery. Custom & special order lymphedema products can be resized within 30 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, return, or resize, please contact our office. If you do not contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery, we will not be able to process your request.
Rules & Exceptions: In addition to custom products, the following are considered special order and cannot be returned: Juzo seasonal colors, prints, and specially dyed garments, as well as Medi Reduction Kits. Only one return label will be provided per patient. The patient will be responsible for all shipping costs on any subsequent returns. Only one resize will be provided at no additional charge. If a second resize is requested, an additional $50 charge will be required upfront. The exception to this is Juzo products, which will require an upfront payment of 50%.
