Brad Scott, CPO
As an ABC certified prosthetist and a graduate of Northwestern University, Brad is driven by a passion for improving the lives of individuals with limb loss. His 10 years in a dynamic clinical setting provided a strong foundation, which he further developed during 14 years as a Clinical Specialist with Ossur Americas, a leading global prosthetics manufacturer, impacting practices across the United States and internationally. Outside of his professional endeavors, Brad is happily married and the proud father of two amazing children. His commitment to excellence extends both professionally and personally. Anna D'Onofrio, CPO
Anna was introduced to the field of orthotics and prosthetics during a school project in the 5th grade. Since then, she knew she wanted to pursue that as a career and make a daily impact on helping her patients. She completed her undergraduate at East Carolina University with a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology. She attended the University of Pittsburgh to complete her Masters of Orthotics and Prosthetics. For her residency, Anna moved to St. Louis Missouri . While she was there, she spent the majority of her time at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, gaining experience in hospital clinics, physical therapy settings, and routine office visits. She has a passion for treating pediatric patients and also helping amputees regain their independence.

Saralyn MacMillan, CPO
Saralyn is an ABC- certified and licensed Prosthetist/ Orthotist in the greater Pittsburgh region. She achieved her O&P Master’s degree from University of Pittsburgh. She specializes in prosthetics, pediatrics, general orthotics and has extensive experience with Wounded Warriors and the adaptive sport population. Saralyn is passionate about O&P because all patients are unique and require a creative and innovative mindset to help regain their desired function, mobility, and confidence. Her favorite quote and you will probably hear her say it is “Adapt & Overcome.” Outside of work, Saralyn enjoys spending time with her husband, two young children and Golden Retriever – Dawson. Cullen Rider, CPO
Cullen Rider, Certified Prosthetist Orthotist, began in the field as an orthotic technician. Cullen went back to school to obtain Master’s Degree from The University of Pittsburgh in Prosthetics and Orthotics. Cullen has a wide skill set, and experience, with amputees, pediatrics, and individuals with orthopedic and neurological conditions. In addition, his experience as a tech allows him to deliver and manufacture devices of many styles to help better suite patient needs and increase satisfaction.

Victoria Bebber, CPO
Victoria Bebber grew up in a home immersed in sci-fi pop culture, biomedical sciences, and craftsmanship. These interests prevailed into adulthood and naturally led to the field of Prosthetics & Orthotics. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of Rochester in Biomedical Engineering. After completing her Masters in Prosthetics & Orthotics at Northwestern University, she returned to Rochester, NY for her prosthetic residency. Victoria now works as a certified prosthetist orthotist at Elizur after completing her orthotics residency in fall of 2024. She is working on mastering her craft whilst exploring her new city, hiking the local trails, and creating art in her free time.

Karyssa DeLa Cruz
My name is Karyssa Dela Cruz and I will soon be a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist. I completed an 18-month combined O&P residency here at Elizur. I graduated with a Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from California State University of Dominguez Hills in 2023 and a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering Science from Walla Walla University in 2020. I chose this career path because I am passionate about contributing to patients' rehabilitation journeys. It is incredibly inspiring to witness individuals overcome challenges and make significant progress in their personal recovery and growth.
